What's all this about...? Pico di gallo sauce

I took a foray into blogging about music last year but found I didn't really have anything to say, or, at least, anything overly positive at the time, so I sort of stopped.  So here I will muse about anything I feel is appropriate.  For example, today I harvested our peas from the garden.  We're not exactly re-living "The Good Life" here but we got a meals worth out of them.  The green beans have provided about 5 meals for ourselves and the guinea pigs.  The first chillis to be plucked added to a pain inducing pico di gallo sauce.  My recipe for pico di gallo sauce (sorry if it is spelled incorrectly):
1 red onion
1 fresh chilli
some tomatoes
1 lime

Chop the onion up nice and small.  Chop the chilli up nice and small.  Leave the seeds in if you want it to be scary.  De-seed and de-pulp the tomatoes and chop them up nice and small.  Put it all in a bowl.  Squeeze the limes over the mixture and add to tortillas, fajitas, chilli con carne, etc, etc
